欧盟修订葡萄柚、坚果等商品中氟啶虫胺腈的最大残留限量

    食品伙伴网讯  据欧盟网站消息，3月8日欧盟委员会发布EU2017/405号条例，修订EC396/2005条例附件II和III中关于氟啶虫胺腈（sulfoxaflor）在葡萄柚、坚果等商品中的最大残留限量。

    新条例自公布20天后生效。

    amending Annexes II and III to Regulation （EC） No 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum residue levels for sulfoxaflor in or on certain products

    THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,

    Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European unio,

    Having regard to Regulation （EC） No 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 February 2005 on maximum residue levels of pesticides in or on food and feed of plant and animal origin and amending Council Directive 91/414/EEC （1）， and in particular Article 14（1）（a） thereof.
